1. About Your Mirror

Your Mirror is a personal reflection service designed to help you notice and record your own reactions, feelings and patterns.

It is intended for personal reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

Your Mirror is intended for use by adults aged 18 years and over. By using Your Mirror, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Your Mirror is not directed at, and should not be used by, children.

3. Founding Member Offer

The Founding Member offer is A$2 for the first month.

Your first month begins when Your Mirror launches, not on the date you make the A$2 payment.

Planned launch: 29 Sep 2026.

If Your Mirror launches earlier, we will email you. Your first month will begin on the actual launch date, and your next subscription payment will be due one month after that date.

4. If Launch Is Delayed

If the app is not launched by 29 Sep 2026, we will email you and you may choose:

• a full A$2 refund; or
• an extension until 13 Oct 2026.

If you do not reply, the extension will happen automatically.

If Your Mirror has still not launched by 13 Oct 2026, your A$2 will be refunded.

5. Subscription

After your first month, your subscription automatically renews at A$4.99 per month until cancelled.

We will send you a reminder email before your first renewal charge.

You may cancel at any time before your next renewal to prevent another subscription charge. See Section 6 for how to cancel.

6. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

• using the "Manage subscription" or "Cancel subscription" option in your account settings within the app; or
• emailing us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your account email address.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless a refund is required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid subscription period, and you will retain access until that date.

7. Your Content

You remain responsible for the information and reflections you choose to enter into Your Mirror.

Please avoid entering unnecessary identifying or highly sensitive information about children or other people.

8. Service Availability

We may improve, update or change Your Mirror over time.

If a material change affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

9. Refunds and Cancellation

Refund and cancellation rules are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Your use of Your Mirror is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

Your Mirror respects your privacy and aims to collect only the information reasonably needed to provide the service.

Your Mirror is intended for use by adults aged 18 years and over.

Depending on how you use Your Mirror, we may collect:

• reflections and responses you choose to save
• customer-support messages

Some basic technical information may be collected automatically when you use the service where this is reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve Your Mirror.

3. Payments

Payments are processed using Stripe.

Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices.

Your Mirror does not intentionally store your full payment-card details on its own systems.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

• provide and operate Your Mirror
• save and display your reflections
• manage your subscription
• send launch, payment and service-related emails
• provide customer support
• maintain security
• understand and improve how the service is used
• meet legal or regulatory obligations

5. Sharing Your Information, Including Overseas

We may share information with service providers that are reasonably necessary to operate Your Mirror, such as:

• payment providers
• hosting providers
• email providers
• technical service providers

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal and operational requirements.

8. Cancellation and Deletion of Your Data

After your subscription ends, we may retain your account information and reflections for up to 5 days in case you change your mind.

After 5 days, that account information and reflection data will be deleted or de-identified unless we are required to keep particular information for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, security or other legitimate operational reasons.

You may request deletion of your reflections and account data earlier by contacting us — see Section 9.

9. Access, Correction or Deletion

You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable.

10. Privacy Questions or Complaints

1. Founding Member A$2 Payment

The Founding Member payment of A$2 covers your first month of Your Mirror.

Your first month begins when the app actually launches.

2. Early Launch

If Your Mirror launches before the planned launch date, we will email you.

Your first month will begin on the actual launch date, and your next subscription payment will be due one month later.

3. Launch Delay

Planned launch: 29 Sep 2026.

If launch is delayed, you may choose:

• a full A$2 refund; or
• to extend your Founding Member access until 13 Oct 2026.

If you do not reply, we will automatically extend your Founding Member access until 13 Oct 2026.

If Your Mirror has still not launched by 13 Oct 2026, your A$2 will be refunded.

4. Cancelling Before Launch

If you cancel your Founding Member subscription before the app launches, we will refund your A$2 and no ongoing subscription will begin.

To cancel before launch, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the email address used for your payment.

5. Cancelling After Launch

After your first month, Your Mirror automatically renews at A$4.99 per month until cancelled.

We will send a reminder email ahead of your first renewal charge.

You may cancel at any time by:

• using the "Manage subscription" or "Cancel subscription" option in your account settings within the app; or
• emailing us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your account email address.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless a refund is required by law, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid subscription period, and you keep access until that date.

6. Refunds After Launch

We do not generally provide refunds simply because you change your mind after a paid subscription period has begun.

However, this policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or other rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
